Bisig has been designed by a businessman for simplicity in running the general day to day operations such as Invoicing, Purchasing, Reports, Enquiries and Stock Control with automatic and manual ordering. No knowledge of accounting jargon is needed and with the emphasis of being simple to use, it is easy to get straight down to issuing invoices and keep track of stock, ordering, purchasing and payments. Your Logo can be set into the financial documents by simply creating a bitmap file (see Notes page) of your logo and giving it a designated name (or we can create it for you). There is a minimal setup procedure, just fill in the company form in the Toolbox and these details will be directed to the necessary documents and screens.
VAT is taken care of when Invoices and Purchases are entered. When a VAT Period is due, simply go to the Reports screen and hit the VAT Button, all the documents are viewed on screen, or printed as hard copy. You may select to use Standard VAT , VAT Cash Accounting, inclusive, or exclusive of VAT pricing.

Flexel Aid for Accountants
Flexel has been developed by the request of a large Accountantancy practice based in West Wales who needed simple account entry software. The project resulted in the Flexel program now offered.
The main aim of Flexel is the simple entry of Bank Statement lines for Balance Sheet and separate VAT entry account to deliver period VAT Returns and Calculations with output to screen, or hardcopy of both Balance sheets and VAT Returns. Multiple Client entries can be accomodated and Clients selected at will from the on-screen Client Tree. Entry time is recorded as is the emloyees name, this is tied into a set fee rate and a time sheet is produced to calculated time and costs spent on the selected account. Flexel is a very Productive and Economic piece of Software.
